Assistant Director of Pharmacy
Assisting DOP with all aspects of pharmacy department including:
Distributive and clinical pharmacy services.
Assuring compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations * Oversee adherance to policies and procedures * Assist DOP with the coordination of the pharmaceutical care planning process and participates in interdisciplinary teams to further develop patient centered pharmacy services and customer satisfaction * Assists DOP in development of strategic plans designed to promote cost-effective pharmacy practice models and expansion of clinical services * Assists DOP with continuous quality improvement initiatives * Assumes the responsibilities of the Director in his absence and performs additional duties as assigned.
