Full time, Day Shift/ No Weekends
We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist with the following experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital clinical pharmacy experience OR Residency trained plus one year of experience.
Prefer experience in most of the following:
Daily rounding with multidiciplinary teams
Renal Dosing
IV to PO conversion
Anticoagulation
Education of staff pharmacists
Coumdin dosing
Pharmacokinetics
