Provide your strong leadership skills as the director of pharmacy in this Southwest Kansas hospital. Lead the pharmacy by developing cost-effective, appropriate, & safe medication use. Maintain strong clinical pharmacy services. Oversee formulary management, supervise, train & hire staff as needed, and offer performance improvement. Ensure safe storage and preparation of medications. Manage the budget and prepare for JCAHO surveys if needed.
