Director of Pharmacy
Demonstrates effective leadership and commitment to the vision, core purpose/mission and goals of the facility, modeling the values of care, quality, stewardship, accountability, and integrity. Responsible for providing leadership and for management of the human, material, and financial resources of the assigned department(s), insuring that the department operations are in alignment with the goals and objectives organization.
This position is responsible for providing leadership to the Department of Pharmacy Services and for strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of processes relative to productivity, quality of services, performance improvement, financial management, and human resource management.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Requirements
Strong Leadership Skills
Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience in a hospital or long term acute care facility.
Progressive leadership experience.
BS Pharmacy
Texas Pharmacy License
