Position Description:
Directs all activities within the department and oversees compliance to all federal, state, and local regulations; as well as all hospital policy and procedure. Responsible for inventory management, budget compliance, records maintenance, IV admixture program, quality improvement program, adverse drug reaction program, error prevention, patient counseling, and staff development.
Position Comments:
Demonstrated leadership experience required within an acute care setting. At least 3 years of experience as a director required.
Experience Required:
PharmD preferred
Licensed as a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania or able to obtain
3 years leadership experience in acute care
Compensation:
Very competitive, call to discuss
Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance:
$7500 sign on bonus
Up to $5000 reimbursed relocation expenses
