Position Details:
• Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy or a Masters Degree in Business Administration
• Progressive career growth in similar size hospitals
• 72 FTE’s with a $11 million dollar annual operating budget + $4 million dollar labor budget
• This position is over an Associate Pharmacy Director, Pharmacy Operations Manager, 5 Clinical Specialists: Oncology, Surgery, Pediatrics, NICU, and Emergency Dept…all of which are experience Sr. Pharmacists , a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist, 40 staff pharmacists and techs
• Progressive career growth and responsibilities, 340B, CPOE, Pyxis, bedside scanning experience, excellent interpersonal skills
