PHARMACY DIRECTOR Southern Wyoming
Description Position:
The Pharmacy Director assesses, directs
and oversee the activities and resources
of all hospital pharmacy department
operations. This includes but not limited
to planning, organizing, controlling, and
supervising activities according to
hospital policies, standards of practice
of the profession, and state and federal
laws. Pharmacy Director also directs and
coordinate work efforts with Pharmacy
operations. Reporting directly to the
Pharmacy Director are Staff Pharmacists,
Pharmacy Technicians and Clerks. This is a
centralized pharmacy with great supporting
environment.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of
Pharmacy Degree or Baccalaureate degree
with min 5 years equivalent hospital
clinical experience is required.
Hospital pharmacy management experience
within the last 5 years in a midsize
hospital
Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the
State of Wyoming or willing to go through
the process of getting WY Rph license.
Experience: Demonstrates management
experience in a hospital pharmacy.
Demonstrates experience in leadership and
managerial capabilities and effectiveness
in communicating, dealing with personnel,
and stressful emergency situations.
Demonstrates experience in personnel and
fiscal management and program development.
