Responsibilities:
Provides clinical pharmacy services for assigned area, optimizing the quality of patient care. Initiates and participates in
clinical rounds and research. Instructs medical, nursing, pharmacy residents, students, and staff, regarding proper drug
therapy. Conducts quality improvement activities and provides limited pharmacy operation support. Participates on the
Oncology Subcommittee of the P and T Committee.

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
PharmD; or Masters degree
Current license in the state of practice
