Work with the Director of Pharmacy to provide leadership within the inpatient pharmacy. Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the department, oversee staffing/training, inventory control, maintenance of systems & development, revision, and implementation of department policies & procedures. Assist and supervise pharmacists & technicians. Live & work in the Chicago, IL area.
PharmD. IL Pharmacist License. Current Pharmacy Operations Manager or Assistant Pharmacy Director in the hospital setting, or strong inpatient pharmacy supervisor experience required.
