Pharmacy Manager position for a progressive rural healthcare organization located in the picturesque Badlands of Eastern Montana who truly appreciates the trust and support of our patients. As we continue to improve our services and grow to meet the needs of the communities we serve, we pledge to remain focused on delivering “patient-centered” care.
Seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager to manage and operate our Clinic Pharmacy. The manager serves as the primary pharmacist in a retail setting, supervises technicians and works with DME department in coordinating services. Provides medications in both in-patient and out-patient setting to patients serviced by the Medical Center.
Tasks include, but are not limited to dispensing of medications, drug regimen review, patient and staff education, inventory management, therapy decisions, drug therapy monitoring, technician supervision and community education.
We are looking for an independent and self motivated individual with strong public relation skills.
Oversee 2 techs, 1 RX and then 1RX that floats between clinic and inpatient RX. They also do tele RX for 2 sites one day a week but, interestedin expanding this role..

• 2 years supervision/management experience
