This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a set day shift position. Someone with IV experience preferred, but will consider an excellent pharmacist tired of retail/other settings and is ready to do work with IVs and not have direct patient contact. Monitor patients in need of IVs & nutritional therapy to make sure they receive the appropriate treatment. Compound IV admixtures, TPNs, antibiotics, & check compound prescriptions. Provide clinical monitoring through phone calls and case review. Manage pharmacy technicians.
PharmD. TN Pharmacist License. IV, inpatient, or home infusion experience as a pharmacist strongly preferred, but open to outstanding pharmacist from other settings, including retail.
